The Regulated-Positioning Audit
You raised a Series A two years ago looking like a 2019 challenger. You now have an EMI licence — or a CASP application in flight, or an MSB renewal coming up. Your messaging hasn't caught up. Your homepage still talks about "disrupting banking" while your actual product is regulated infrastructure.
What we actually do
4 phasesPhase 01 · Week 1 · Audit
We read every piece of customer-facing copy you have. We flag every line that would make a financial-promotions reviewer twitch. We map your current positioning against your actual regulatory perimeter.
Phase 02 · Week 2 · Strategy
We rewrite the positioning narrative. Less "challenger bank energy", more "regulated infrastructure with operator credibility." We pick three reference points — usually one US, one EU, one UK — that have made this transition well, and we name what they did.
Phase 03 · Week 3 · Messaging
We deliver: rewritten homepage hero, rewritten product pages, new founder LinkedIn bio, new pitch-deck cover slide, new investor one-pager. All passes financial-promotions sanity-checks at draft stage. We do not draft your regulatory submissions.
Phase 04 · Week 4 · Partner routing
We introduce you to two of: Bank-as-a-Service partners, EMI sponsors, CASP-licensed entities, or fintech-experienced compliance consultants — depending on what you actually need. These are warm intros, not BD spam. We've had real coffee with each of them.
Deliverable · What you walk away with
A positioning narrative that survives both an FCA reviewer and a Series B investor on the same week. New customer-facing copy. A shortlist of warm partner intros for whichever licence stage you're at.
Fintechs pre-regulatory-licensing — call us back when you're six months out from authorisation. Pure-DeFi protocols.
