The boring but necessary.
What we collect, what we don't, and how we're registered. We've kept this short on purpose. If something here matters to you, write to hello@florin.agency and we'll answer.
§01 · Who we areThe legal entity behind Florin.
Florin is a trading name of Vitrain Ltd, a private company limited by shares, registered in England & Wales under company number 16394231.
Registered office: 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Director: Ventsislav Beltekov. Incorporated 17 April 2025.
For any privacy, data, or legal query, write to hello@florin.agency. We respond within 30 days for formal data-subject requests, sooner in practice.
§02 · What this site collectsThe honest answer is almost nothing.
Florin's website is a static marketing site. We don't run user accounts, we don't store form submissions on a server, and we don't drop tracking cookies.
Specifically:
1. The contact form. When you submit the CAC-call form on /contact/, your browser builds an email and opens your own mail client. No data is posted to our servers. The data you enter — company URL, monthly spend band, growth question, and whether you can share ad-account access — only reaches us if you press Send in your own mail client. At that point we hold what you wrote, in our inbox, under the basis of legitimate interest in evaluating a sales enquiry.
2. Inbound email. Mail you send to hello@florin.agency is routed via Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator's primary inbox. Cloudflare's privacy terms apply in transit. We retain inbound mail for as long as the commercial conversation is live, plus seven years for accounting purposes if you become a paying client; otherwise we delete on request.
3. Analytics. We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider (Plausible) that does not set cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not build cross-site profiles. Page-level aggregate counts only. If you want to opt out anyway, block plausible.io in your browser or extension of choice.
4. Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare collects standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) for the purpose of operating the service, detecting abuse, and meeting their own legal obligations. Their privacy notice applies.
§03 · Your rights (UK GDPR & EU GDPR)You can ask us to do things with your data.
If we hold any personal data about you — which, given the design of this site, will almost always be limited to email correspondence — you have the right to ask us to:
— Tell you what we hold (right of access).
— Correct anything that is wrong (right to rectification).
— Delete it (right to erasure, subject to legal-retention exceptions).
— Export it in a portable format (right to data portability).
— Object to specific processing (right to object).
Write to hello@florin.agency with the request. We respond within 30 days. If we don't, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU data protection authority.
§04 · Terms of engagementWhat governs the work.
Any commercial engagement between Florin and a client is governed by a written services agreement signed by both parties before work begins. The website itself is not an offer. Nothing on the site, including the published price bands, constitutes a binding quote. Final scope, fees, and deliverables are confirmed in the signed agreement.
Where we link to an external site (in citations, partner introductions, or perspective pieces), we do not control or endorse the content of that site, and the external operator's terms apply to your use of it.
§05 · CopyrightThe work is ours; the citations are public.
All original copy, design, code, and imagery on this site is © Vitrain Ltd, 2026. Sources cited in our perspective pieces remain the property of their respective publishers and filers; we reproduce short extracts for the purpose of commentary and review under the fair-dealing provisions of the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
§06 · Changes to this noticeWe'll date it.
We may update this notice if the site changes materially — for example, if we add a server-side form, an account system, or a different analytics provider. The "last updated" date in the header tells you when. If a change matters to anyone who has already corresponded with us, we'll let them know directly.
