The Founder-Led Content Engine

Your founder is on LinkedIn, posting twice a week, getting 200 likes from former colleagues. Meanwhile your competitors' founders are quoted in Sifted and Mostly Metrics every month. The difference isn't intelligence. It's that the other founders have help.

What we actually do

4 phases

Phase 01 · Weeks 1–2 · Discovery

Three 90-minute interviews with the founder. We record everything. We extract the actual opinions, the actual numbers, the actual scars. Most founders don't realise their best content is sitting in their head as off-hand asides during these calls.

Phase 02 · Weeks 3–4 · Voice doc

We codify the founder's voice — vocabulary, sentence rhythm, things they would never say, things only they say. This document is the spine of everything we ghostwrite for the next six months.

Phase 03 · Weeks 5–8 · Build

We ship the first eight LinkedIn posts, two long-form pieces, and the first newsletter. The founder approves but does not write.

Phase 04 · Months 3–8 · Operate

Two LinkedIn posts per week + one long-form per month + one newsletter per fortnight + distribution into Sifted, Fintech Brainfood, Mostly Metrics. We brief the founder on what to say in podcast interviews. We do not run the founder's Twitter account from a phone in a coffee shop.

Deliverable · What you walk away with

Twenty to fifty qualified inbound conversations per quarter. A voice doc your team can hand to any future writer. A library of 100+ pieces of content the founder owns. Three to five named pickups in fintech-operator media.

Who this isn't for

Founders who won't sit for the discovery interviews. Founders who think LinkedIn is for HR.
